I did not watch everything he did but he put up the new Fixed HD Dish then came in the house and ran a check switch. I don't know what else he could have done. I have gone through the setup and point dish and don't see anything in there. I have run a check switch without being connected saved the setting then hooked up the tailgater and still did not recognize it ie no state location screen. Goes right to signal search and then no sats found. Connect the reciver back up to the fixed dish on the house and it works fine..
