So far I'm taking that whole report with a huge grain of salt. The only people who know who that "Russian crime ring" is, won't identify them without being paid first. And they won't tell you what web sites are affected without being paid. Their website reads like a third world English translation.

The whole thing sounds like a super scam to me.
