Speculation among the enthusiasts from what Elon has said is that Starlink will be ~$60/month. PURE SPECULATION, remember.
This week, the Head of Starlink (apologies, i cant rem her name) said that expanded beta will begin by the end of this year and they would be contacting the approved applicants soon. So Good Luck mikim and be sure to let us know what you think of it (assuming you dont have a nondisclosure, of course).
Also she stated that the break even point is about 1000 satellites in the system. Currently, there are about 600 (i think something like 12 have dropped out of the system and have or will shortly deorbit). Depending on which permit/application you want to put faith in, the completed system will have between 12,000 to 42,000 satellites in it. As mentioned, they still have a lot of ground stations to build as well. I havent seen anything on how those are progressing so if you have a link to that, pls post!
