Tire Blow Out & TPMS

I'm a retired tire man myself, built them for years. #1 how old are the tires? What a lot of people do not realize is that the tread can look like brand new. In saying that, normally on a motor home they sit most of the time. In doing that the molecules in the tire are not being rejuvenated and the tire will dry rot from the inside out. Once that happens you can run over something as small as a 5 stack of quarters or a small nut or rock and it will blow from the sudden impact that is now brittle from dry rot. Remember the tire is dry rotted and no monitor will address this. Hope this helps.
