To drill or not drill installing back up camera

(I hate putting holes in my RV) I upgraded my Garmin and added a BC 20 back up camera. I hate drilling holes in my 5th wheel because I am not sure I may damage something. I will mounting the camera...

Of course, I don't know if you have a rear window.

That was my first thought but I think it is switched between GPS and camera by the reverse light. I am going to drive over today and see if I am reading the instructions correctly. I am confused as to the back up light, maybe it can be activated by the trucks back up light?
