That was not the experience I had the one time I needed it.

  • Been using them for 3 years. 2 Lines unlimited talk and text and 15gb shared data for $60 a month. Have great service and just upgraded phones from amazon.
  • We have used them for a couple years...both for phone/data and hotspot. I have no complaints. We went from Verizon to straight talk to TW, and unless you really need customer service, it is the best deal around. Their cs can be sketchy, so if you are not savvy, think again. For us....money in the bank. Thirty-five bucks a month for 5gb data, and then 10 bucks for another 5 gb that never expires. We have not had any issues. We do a byop, so we get the phones we like.
The wifi hotspot, which is free, is only 3-g, but hey....4g LTE for my phone all over the country.
  • Have used it for several years. check your messages.
Customer service is their weakness. Its the same ownership as tracfone and straighttalk, Miami based, all employees seem to be hispanic, english is often a second language, so go slow on problems. But I have only had to talk to them twice, when setting up new phones, and we worked through it.
Service periods are for 30 days, not a month so watch that for renewal times if you dont auto refill.
