towing mirrors
Marcus,
About a month ago I purchased 2 universal mirrors that strap on to the existing mirrors of my 2012 Traverse. I used them on my first trip and when I got home and took them off I noticed they had left yellow marks on my painted mirrors. I called Camping World where I purchased them to get the name of the manufacturer and was told they were made exclusively for Camping World. My Traverse is a LTZ fully loaded with a special white paint. I tried taking the marks off but it seems they have penetrated through the paint. The person I talked to said she would talk to her supervisor and he would call me. It's been about a week and I haven't heard from anyone. I would like to know if you would authorize a body shop to remove these marks. I am sending you a picture of the marks on the mirror. I'm sure you will have the same problem from others who try to use these mirrors. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Jim Tyner
