One way to get quicker help is online chat from Tracfone. Try this link
https://www.tracfone.com/contactus and click the "Online Chat" box. I have used online chat and they are quite good. There is also a number for "Corporate Resolution" and the people are located in Florida. I will see if I can find that number.
Also, there is a little known option to get a year added for $60. If you buy a $10, 60 minute, 30 day card online from the Tracfone website it will ask if you want to add one year for $50. For $60 you get 365 days plus 30 days and 60 minutes, which may double, all added to whatever you have.
