Tracking a phone.... Following a loved ones location
I'm looking for an app that can track a cell phone. One person has an iphone, the other has an android. Is there such a thing out there?

the apps usually has to be on the 'person to be followed' phone
and they have given permission, the app uploads location info
followers then login to what ever website or app is required to see the location updates
some will send texts, or emails on a user set periodic time
to the people to be notified of the travelers location
