Actually, it would have worked when the data was published and the poster was correct in what they said. It did work then but will not work now. That's because when the information was published DirecTV broadcast their HD on KU band satellites at 110 and 119 which could be received by a dome antenna. They then launched 2 new KA band satellites located at 99 and 103, moved the HD programming to these satellites and killed the ability of a dome to receive DirecTV HD.
