Yes, it's all word files - documents. I transferred from the HD back-up from my dead laptop (not really dead, just replaced) and the files are in the old laptop and the HD back-up, but some folders are empty, and some files are "MSW 2013" and I can't open them - and I've never owned MSW 2013. Some files in each folder are fine, can open and they are what it should be, but other word files in the same folder is says are MSW 2013, which is impossible.
