Transferring Favorites from Windows 10 PC IPad

I have a Dell Windows 10 PC and would like to transfer my favorites from the PC to my Apple Airpad 2. Anybody know how to do this or can give me a link to how to do this. Have done a web search but w...

+1. I recently got an IPad, switched from a PC. Use chrome on both. When I loaded chrome on the IPad the switch just happened to my joy.
