Transferring Favorites from Windows 10 PC IPad

I have a Dell Windows 10 PC and would like to transfer my favorites from the PC to my Apple Airpad 2. Anybody know how to do this or can give me a link to how to do this. Have done a web search but w...

x2 use Chrome, or Firefox, both let you sign in using an email address and synchronize favorites (and other settings)
