From what I'm reading I should be able to use western arc satellites unless there are trees in the way at low elevations. If this is the case I can swing my antenna around and point to 72.7 to receive most of my programming.
An eastern arc LNB might make receiving the eastern arc satellites easier. I can lock on to 72.7 with my western arc antenna without much trouble here in New Mexico.
I can also lock on to 61.5 here at home but don't get any programming. I don't know if I should get anything or if I would get anything using an eastern arc LNB. I don't see why an eastern arc LNB would get me any programming on 61.5 if I don't get it with what I have now. If the locals are on 61.5 and I can't see them maybe I have to call dish and tell them I'm on the east coast.
