Tried to give business, but couldn't happen

I tried to buy a Tandem Fender Skirt for my trailer and it took at least 10 phone calls to 2 different Camping World's to get a simple price quote. When I finally did get a price quote from one dealership, they couldn't ship to me and they were over an hour away. so I tried the closer location and they quoted me a different, higher price for the same product.

Between all the phone calls, mis-transferred calls, extended hold time before even being spoken to, transferred to lines that no one answers and has no voice mail and being given two different quotes, I gave my business to TrekwoodRV.com instead.

It's sad that it takes that much effort on a customer's part to get any kind of service at all from the company that was more than happy to take my money for my trailer. Also, if someone says they'll call you back....it'd be nice if someone actually called you back. You get paid to do a job....DO IT!
