Nope. If you're running the software, rather than TT Online, you can't get past that form and jump right into the Interview.
I assume that you bought your copy of TT at a store, and didn't download it from Intuit. (Hopefully, you bought your copy SOMEWHERE, didn't you? ;))
If you bought it from a store and really don't want to give Intuit information on yourself, then give the form false info.
If you downloaded it from an Intuit account, too late -- they've already gotten your credit card.
The same is true when you pay for Audit Protection or E-Filing a State form -- you've got to give them a credit card, even if it's a pre-paid one (if, again, you're really trying to stay off the grid).
Come to think about it, if you're that concerned about giving any personal info to Intuit, you better not E-File anything -- because that means Intuit will be holding copies of all your tax forms!
