If you bought it from a store and really don't want to give Intuit information on yourself, then give the form false info.

I purchased from a store. I do have an email address that I never use except when a web site requires an email. Over the last few months somehow this "never used" email has been receiving 10's of spam email each day. Clearly some website I visited for information has "sold" this never used email.

I think I will make up some false information and give this to TurboTax.
