The answer as asked is NO.. the antenna connection is Radio Frequency, the RCA connectors are Base Band audio and video
The antenna connection is very very very low voltage (Measured in thousands of a volt) the RCA's are 1 volt Peak to Peak.
It is possible to go in and solder on a new connector, or solder on a pig-tail and put a connector on the end of that (I have one done that way)
But the only way to convert from ANT to the RCA is to use an external tuner and treat the TV as a "Studio Monitor" (Using A/V in).. This will work.
Digital Video Recorders (modern one) SAT-TV receivers and such will work for many signal sources.
A VCR will work as a "Front End" for Cable (Both digital and analog in some cases)
And a Digital OTA converter for Over the air.
