Unless you are willing to pay for a satellite television service where you can subscribe to a pay-per-view sports event or to a specific station that specializes in your sport event of choice, then you are left at the mercy of the local broadcasts wherever you are at. If there are none in the area, (if it were possible), all the 'boosing' possible will still not bring anything more in.
Your next option is with your cell phone WIFI (hotspot) and maybe a service you can use through it. But you may have to beef-up your plan for an unlimited data usage too.
