In 2007 when we bought our first RV, I bought a combo TV/DVD. In less than a year, the vibrations from driving down the road destroyed the DVD player. The manufacturer replaced it under warranty. It was destroyed so effectively it couldn't be fixed. Thereafter, whenever I was going to drive the RV, I took the TV/DVD down and laid it on the bed. It was still working fine 10 years later when I replaced that RV and gave the TV/DVD to one of the kids.
