Not all Harmony remotes are inexpensive; it depends on what features you need. We have a Harmony 890 which came with an RF extender that makes it possible to control devices that are inside cabinets. The TV and four other devices are controlled by the Harmony, including a Roku which wasn't on the list of devices (or it wasn't when I did the programming.) But it was still easy to teach the remote to control the Roku.
