I have the ZTE Z915 and yes it does. I even exchanged the device for one that does because band 12 (700) has been built out by TMO here in Colorado. I had a Rogers Rocket hotspot first and it connected to band 26 off the same tower.
The tower near me has all of the TMO bands. It's ability to handle the load is weak that's all. It happens in other areas of town, not just the outskirts. Camping I'll take any usable connection even if it loads slow. We will be on the edge of a band 12 tower a long ways off. It has to connect to a lot of people before it gets to us. One trip and I may be shutting it down.
