I texted Travis today and he called me back. We talked about the shipping and eventually hopefully a better way to handle things.
When he gets out order it is put in line behind whatever others he has receive before it. Say he gets 20 orders in and yours is #19, then he has to deal with 18 devices before he gets to yours. It's when he get to yours that he flashes it and sets up the account. He can't set them up in advance because he would have active accounts sitting on the shelf, some good for 6 months, some good for two months and some needing to be renewed because that device didn't sell.
So what was just part of his process for the order in printing a shipping label was misleading because he isn't always able to ship instantly. I suggested and he agreed that he needs to communicate that he has x amount of devices ahead of yours, he can get to it this day and ship then, will that be okay.
I know it doesn't help those waiting for devices but hope it helps in the future.
