Yes, my LNB arrived as promised. Yes, using the new LNB on my "go-to" portable antenna allowed me to establish a "baseline", which proved that my DirecTV receiver is working just fine. SO, I proceeded to go back to diagnosing the roof TracStar SV360. It turns out that apparently one problem was that the supply of 24vdc to this roof antenna was intermittent. Then, it quit altogether. Next step, replace this box, and proceed with further diagnostic work (if there's a further problem).
