All coax cables have been tested and retested, and I even ran some new replacement cables directly from point-to-point in order to eliminate all possible coax questions. BTW I own a 4-coax mapping/tracker meter plus a couple of multi meters.
Right now, there's no question that the TracStar IDU (indoor unit) box is NOT producing the 24 vdc current that drives the two 24 vdc motors which articulate the automatic dome antenna.
Obviously, I have to see about replacing this box in order to proceed with any more diagnosis.
