Upgrade garmin 750 with garmin Express?

I have two Garmin GPSs with both registered with Garmin Express. The Garmin 52 connects to my laptop, is recognized immediately; and begins download. My 750 does not show the computer connection and j...

Garmin Express sees my Nuvi 750 with no issues, but it has to be plugged into the mini USB port on the Nuvi, not the port on the cradle.
