Newest USB chargers charge up to 2.4 amps at rv. Usb 3.1 C is suppose to charge up to 3 Amps at 5c. Qualcomm quick charge 2.0 will charge at 9V or 12V (depending on device)
As for your charger, it will charge 2 devices, but not quickly if 2 are connected.
