What's your question? Sounds just like a regular run of the mill USB charger. At that amperage it will probably only charge 1 iPhone or iPad, not 2.

Typical run of the mill 1A PER PORT USB charger..

10W divided by 5.1V is 1.96A and you have two ports.. Should be able to do the math from there..

For 2A per port I would expect one that states 24W at 5.1V..
