Use Dish Hopper with Tailgater
I have Dish TV at home. We have used a stand alone dish antenna and are considering purchasing a dish tailgater. I already have a 211 receiver for the camper but would like to use my Hopper from home. Can this be done?

While this answer is correct, the problem is the antenna and not the receiver. The technology required to make the Hopper work does not exist in the Tailgater. You will need to stick with the 211 with the Tailgater (the only receiver that works with this antenna) or get the right antenna hardware to work with your Hopper.- For a Hopper, you'll need either a Winegard Travler or an open-faced dish like the 1000.2, 1000.4 or the 1000 Plus.
