use of an antenna with verizon 4510L hotspot
I have the above listed hotspot. I'm wondering does anyone have experience with using an antenna mounted on the outside of the coach to get better 4G data coverage? Thank you Bill

Yes. I have a gain antenna on the roof of the RV, and carry a 1/4u spike for hotel windows when traveling. The RV antenna can make quite a difference depending on location.
Final note.. Pay close attention to coax length! It is very easy to eat up the advantage of an external antenna simply by using excessive coax. I bought the Wilson Antenna and mounted it through the roof on top of the cabinet where the Jetpack lives, keeping the total length from antenna to Jetpack under 3.5'
