I am not familiar with the HOO TOO products... Looks like a neat way to get on the internet using the hotel or campground WIFI signals...
They have several different models to look at on their web page.. Thanks for the heads-up... I liked this one - HooToo Wireless Travel Router, 1 USB Port, 6000mAh External Battery Pack Travel Charger - TripMate Black Less that $30...
I have been using my VERIZON MIFI Boxes to create my own SECURE WIFI signals for my camping trips... Campgound WIFI may not be all that secure hehe... Campgrounds for us is most often hard to get on their WIFI due to the many people trying to use them at same time... The downside for me doing this MIFI BOX routine is the available speed. I usually only want to check in with the kids, pay a few bills on-line, and surf the internet on a small scale..
