I had problems using diplexers to combine sat and OTA; pixelating, loss of signal messages.
I ran the antenna, DVD and sat directly to the tv and use the tv to change inputs.
I have a surround system and use the optical sound output from the tv to the amp so never have to change the amp input; it stays on tv.
I would use an AB if I wanted to include cable but I dont care about cable.
