I just checked both 888-294-6804 and 877-807-4646 and the options have changed. There appears to be no option to pay with a PIN. As mentioned above, go to CallingMart Verizon Inpulse Refill - RTR and buy the $5.00 refill. You will be prompted to enter the phone number of your MiFi. If you have not purchased from them before, they will first verify that you exist, usually by calling you. After the initial purchase, you can set up AutoPay.
