Appreciate everyones comments. We have to stay with VERIZON as here where we live only VERIZON works good inside our house. SPRINT and AT&T work here but all kinds of dead spots around our house...
VERIZON is also planning on putting a new tower less than 1/2 mile away from us to cover this dead spot in their local coverage area...
I definitely need to talk with the Verizon reps again and see what changes I can make... Sure sounds like $290 a month is way over charged for what we do here...
I sorta hate to get tied into another two year contract but maybe I can just change things and reduce the monthly bill I have today... I don't need to buy new cell phones for now...
