Verizon Fios Outage East Coast?
Received an IT email that Verizon Fios is experiencing a major outage in the DC area today. Wondering if anyone else on the East Coast is also experiencing the same?
My work IT help desk VoIP and remote techs use Verizon Fios, so effecting their availability. I've personally resisted going back to wired internet, cutting the cord for over a decade. Use AT&T 4G mobile router, with Verizon LTE as backup.
I'm a little suspicious of this Fios outage as it's happened before not too long ago, and around the DC area. I believe Verizon said it was a result of cut fibre line, though wondering if some hack is involved?
