Verizon Loyalty Plan
Was told today of a loyalty plan. Unlimited voice/text and 2gb data for 60 per month. Is that a good deal? Is 2gb a decent amount for web surfing and emailing. THanks.

They resale Verizon data, so you'll be getting the reliability of a big network and great coverage!
The only daunting thing is their start up costs are a little steep. You aren't locked into a monthly contract, so you can turn it off between trips if you choose.
WoodGlue - Welcome to the party. :) I was told that too but its not true. I have a droid max and the inlaw kid was telling me about customer loyalty and I called. Sure you can get it cheaper but its low Gig. I had my plan up to 14G because I didn't want to start up a web service at home when I'm only there 5 or 6 months. I'm going to check into millenicon (?).

- The Droid Maxx will work on PagePlusCellular if flashed for 3G data only. A complicated process for the uninitiated. Third party charges for custom flashing may not be worth it?

I guess it depends on what you plan to do with that 2 GB of data. I barely survive on 5 GB a month and would love to have about 20 GB but can't justify the expense. I'd read the contract very close about the unlimited part.- Really have my heart set on Droid Razr Maxx.

Straight Talk has unlimited talk/text/mobile data for $45. month. Includes first 2.5G on 4G speed, but throttles speeds thereafter.
