I looked at my usage meter - have been neglecting it as we're been on the road and plenty of days w/o service.
Look at their usage meter.
My dumb question? Why is there's different than mine? It's the Verizon meter on my hotspot access screen.
But the bigger question to me, why does my usage change so drastically when my hotspot use remains similar each month for five years. I surf the web, I email, and that's it NO videos, no download (well, I control it, I hope).
But, what I need to figure out is why it changed ... that's three times in this year, after five or so years with less than half-use per month in the past. So, something has changed - maybe bigger more complex web pages? So, more usage for the same time surfing?
I know, it's not TIME, it's bandwidth - but bigger, more complex pages might increase the bandwidth use for the same amount of time spent online. Could that be true?
Or, maybe the constant 'updating' of pages while you read it (like the news) - that might be true also.
