VOLT METER LOCATION FOR INSTALL?
I a thinking location of volt meter install will affect output? Is that correct? Where is a good point of installation related to distance from battery and possible drains? Does the volt meter draw...

the 'KEY' for me is to connect the wiring directly to battery (run wires)
or
the DC input to DC fuse center (back of converter ?)(if an all in one power center)
NOT on a lighting circuit
