Yes, the HR21-200 will improve your picture quality. Since you are in AZ you do not need the big slimline dish and larger tripod to get HD. You can put a SL3 lnb on a multi sat dish (18x20) which has the tilt adjustment you need. I would not go to SWM (unless you are alrady using it) as the SL3 will have four outputs... enough for two DVRs.
