Actually it "kind of" does in a round about way..
Since WS has changed the priority from "optional" to "important" it WILL automatically DOWNLOAD the entire Win10 OS onto your PCs HD..
Then it SHOULD nag you to death until you click the box to install.. However, it IS possible that MS has omitted the nag step and is force feeding every PC they can..
Many people also fail to read everything they click BEFORE they click (I have a DD that is click happy which drives me crazy)..
