Depends..
If you don't mind MS data mining your own personal PC and using that info for their own profit AND allowing MS to use YOUR personal PC hardware and YOUR own Internet connection YOU paid for as part of their updates data sharing (AKA ZOMBIE PC) in order to deliver their own "malware" called Win10 to other unsuspecting people then it is OK..
Not to mention by accepting W10 you are agreeing to allow MS to forcefully update YOUR PC with often half baked untested updates which at any time may result in YOUR PC turning into a doorstop..
With Win10, the PC is no longer YOURS to control..
