I have seen 4 channel indoor/outdoor thermometers before, but the extra sensors are expensive. As others have already stated, the 500* is going to be a deal breaker for this type thermometer. I'm not sure what temperature range the thermal sensors in a dryer work, but you should be able to rig up something to do what you want for the auto shutoff. I just see that being separate from the multi channel weather station.
