What does TWITTER do?
Twitter :: the kids all do this thing "tweet" ... can anyone explain it briefly. If one sends out a 'tweet' ... who reads it? Is it like FB, just your friends, or others and how does others know...

Under settings there's a notification toggle (endable/disable) for new followers
You can disable ALL notifications and remove your phone number if you wish.
