As others have mentioned, it really depends on your usage. If you don't go over a couple of GB per month & are willing to sign a 2 year contract, going with Verizon directly may be your best bet. On the other hand, if you average 10 - 15GB per month, Millenicom's Hotspot package at $69.99 per month for 20GB of 4G is a better deal since there are no taxes & no contract.
Which ever supplier you choose, be sure to get the details. For example, I've heard of suppliers that use the Verizon network, but not their roaming. That might limit your access in some areas.
