The BOMB has been replaced by TVs which can switch between multiple sources of programming and HDMI splitters. All TVs can be wired to receive programming from multiple sources whether it be Blu-ray or Satellite (via HDMI) or over the air TV (via coax), It only gets a little tricky when you want separate satellite programming on different TVs.
Retrofitting older coaches can be simplified by using HDMI over CAT6 wiring or wireless adapters.
