Could you elaborate on using a tablet with "two monitors"? Do you mean simultaneously?
The two monitors I use now are 32 TV's. One in the bedroom and one in the living room. I have a PC hooked up to them running windows 7. We download movies to it and watch while camping. I also do work in Quickbooks on that PC. Quickbooks doesn't like to share a screen with other programs. At home I use two monitors side by side. Works well. On the road I could use a table as a "stand alone" and display an excel spreadsheet on it. It's stored in dropbox. My employees update it daily.
