Millenicom have been "TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK" on everything for a while now. I am a current off contract Verizon customer and was looking to switch to their Hotspot Plan but it is out of stock.How can that be?They don't answer e-mail either.I know they had problems with Verizon and had to increase their prices a while ago. I wonder if Verizon pulled the plug on them. I assume they are still providing service to existing customers but it looks like they are no longer accepting new customers.Anyone know what is going on?Thanks

Call them and see. They will answer their phone, usually by the 2nd ring and they are awesome to deal with. That way you have the "rest of the story". Yes, they are still serving their customers with Verizon service, as this is coming to you via their hot spot from a motel in Spokane WA.

Use the Millenicom WiFI here daily as it is our only gateway to the WWW. No noticeable issues of late although does slow down at peak times of the day.

We're still gaining access via Millenicom's service here in Northern Indiana also.

Millenicom has and is working well at the east gate of Glacier National Park: 30 miles south of the Canadian border.

Millenicom told me I could buy a 4G USB modem from the 3Gstore and 3G would set me up with a Millenicom 20 GB plan.

The reason they referred me to the 3G store was because I didn't want a MIFI hotspot which is all they offer now and the MIFI they offer won't work with my Cradlepoint MBR95 anyway according to Cradlepoint.

I believe there are some variables there, as when I checked a while ago there was a program in which you could use a unit purchased elsewhere. In my situation, whether that was location, plan, or whatever it was, I would have needed to purchase from them. I don't remember specifics, or even if it's still in effect. The website explains it all.

If you check their current website, the "Bring Your Own" plan is no longer available. It was on the Sprint network. If you want their Hotspot plan, you must purchase the hotspot through Millenicom (which, as noted, is temporarily out of stock).

Maybe I am missing something but the web site explains nothing as far as I can see.

The only way to sign up for their hotspot plan is to buy their device, except you can't buy their device because they are still out of stock on everything.

I wish I could find an alternative to Millenicom but there doesn't seem to be anything comparable out there on the Verizon network unfortunately.
