I have color coded the wires from my box with push button.I know the RED goes to the Batwing antenna.I know the GREEN and BLUE taped wire goes to the Cable INPUT.I know the GREEN taped wire goes to the rear Bedroom.I do know that the GREEN/BLUE wire and the GREEN wire were connected to a Spliter.The YELLOW taped wire does not go to the Back bedroom or any place else that I find. ANY ideas as to its function?Here is what I'm trying to accomplish. I am going to add another input for DISH to the Cable and run it to the conglomerate of wires.Through spliters and A/B switches I will be able to have any of the three inputs (Cable, DISH, Batwing) to either of the TV's.On the 12 V power supply/ wall plate I connect the Batwing to the left and a pigtail to the right. Front and center will remain empty.Then I will go about my switching, etc.Where the yellow goes is my concern and A continuity check shows it is not connected to any of the other wires.SEE Detail sheet-----hope you can read my scribbling.

Assuming you are trying to find the "wire" (I assume coax cable) that goes to the bedroom, start in the bedroom. Remove that wall plate and ensure that there is a coax cable connected to it. Now, take a tiny bit of alum. foil and stuff it into the end of the coax causing a short between the center wire and the outside screw-on collar. Using a multi-meter check continuity on all the cables up front and when you find the one that shows it is shorted you will have found the cable that goes to the bedroom. You can also buy commercial tracers but this is so easy there's really no need for anything else.

enblenton----thanks but I have the switching figured out.Bill.Satellite---------------------- I made a short circuit plug by soldering the solid wire to the braid/ground and checked continuity. I just can't find the BR end of the yellow taped coax. The Green taped coax goes to the Bedroom and it was connected to the Cable coax (green/blue taped coax) with a spliter.I took the plate off the wall in the BR and extended the coax to the rear where I moved the TV to.I may have to cut some peep holes in the back of cabinets to trace it.

Could it go to an outside entertainment center?

What ever doesn't work, spose thats where the yellow wire goes :)And if everything works, who cares where the yellow wire goes :)

The BW coax goes to the Amp and from there one of outlets is connected to a
Spliter.

How are you running the cable from the wall mounted plate for an OTA antenna amplifier/power supply to your front TV?

If that's the wiring diagram from the previous setup, you will notice that the satellite tv signal did not run through multiple splitters but rather there are 2 separate direct runs from the antenna to the 2 receivers. You can run as many splitters as you like on the output side of a receiver but not on the input side.

The last picture is what I had in the 5th wheel long ago. I don't need VCR's anymore since I have a DVD recorder on the dish receiver. We record stuff to watch later. The 1st and 2nd pictures are what I will have when my 3 ways get here. No CRT's either-----2 flat screens with players.

WOW!!! I can't believe the extent you are going to, to watch television. I thought I was weird running a HDMI from the Blu
Ray in the cockpit area to the rear bedroom. I didn't see a BR in your set up so I would guess you have either no interest in movies or watch them on your subscription sat. Now I see you have a couple of VCRs. Also it seems that you have CRT television sets. I guess it's easier than running two HDMI cables, installing a digital splitter and buying two digital HD flat screens and a couple of BluRay players.

I guess that you're using the old cable your rig cam with and I agree with Bobbo and Bill there is going to be a bunch of attenuation in the signal and I don't see how you will get HD signal even from your sattelite.

Bill, I understand that this isn't what I wanted initially but it is a work around to keep from using a lot more components.
I have given up on finding the other end of the yellow.

If everything was A/B switching and you managed to figure out which combination would send what to what it would work and likely only have a small signal loss. The splitter you should will not work unless you worked a diplexer in there somewhere. This is so far from anything you described in the original post I can see why no one has really been of any help.
