You don't need anything special. A shorted coax, as I described earlier, and a multi-meter is all that's necessary. The OP leaves a huge void with the follow up post where "he" says they shorted out one end but cannot find the other. This is not possible. The OP may not yet have found it, but it's not because the OP doesn't have the tools to do so.
