What I did on our TT is install a 2nd shelf just under the TV shelf for the Sat Box,New TV's are flat screens mounted on the wall..mount the box on a shelf,dresser or mount it to the wall by a Lg velcro srip... and as for the cable from out Dish set up which I mounted on a portable Sat. dish Tripod..The cable from my dish was connected to the (cable in) port on the side of my trailer.
